Waldemar Ingdahl will discuss the topic of citizen engagement, decentralization and local self-governance at Ekskäret Klustret on Mäster Samuelsgatan 36 on October 25th between 17:00 and 20:00. Ingdahl will lift topics on e-democracy, e-government, liquid democracy and blockchain in government.
